Can't creat BDMV-REC for Battle: Los Angeles

So I tried creating a BDMV-REC with v8.0.9.9 before and it burnt all okay but PS3 just wouldn't recognize the format and run it (I posted in another thread about this). Since v8.1.0.3 says it improved on BDMV-REC I figured I'll give it another try. But I'm running into a different problem.

It takes like 3-4 hours for it to complete the process. But instead of waiting for me to put the BD25 disc in to start burning, it opens up IMGBURN by itself. And then it gives some error then closes. I thought maybe it's the IMGBURN problem so changed the option to VSO burning engine and it does the same thing. It just would not ask me to put in a blank disc in my burner (BDR-206). This error didn't happen in v8.0.9.9. Am I doing something wrong or is this just a glitch in the new version? Did anybody else try burning CINEVIA protected BDMV-REC using v8.1.0.3?

My other question is that since the files were created in my hard drive, can I just burn this folder to a BD25 to get a BDMV-REC disc? I just didn't want to waste another 3-4 hours to re-rip it.

Main movie mode fits onto a 25gb without compression. I just tried Battle Los Angeles for you on my 8.1.0.3 machine and it was stuck on "Copy process completed successfully" and did not go into "Encryption started" and disc did not eject. Try 8.0.8.5 it worked perfectly.
    Used VSO burn engine.

No you cannot burn a BMDV-REC to the HDD you have to go straight to the BD. So if you burned to the HDD first that is your issue with the disc not playing.
      For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

That's exactly what I'm getting. My DVD drive won't eject and it won't ask me to put in a blank disc. It just says "Copy process completed successfully" and then just sits there. I was actually sitting in front of the computer when the disc was done processing and imgburn did start but it gave some quick error and closed. But DVDFAB didn't say the process failed. It just sat there idly waiting for something but I couldn't figure out what it was waiting for.

No, I tried burning it straight to BD. I use BDR-206 to read and burn so all the other movies it does the process and leave a temp copy on my HD and then burn that to the burner since I do everything using one drive. Unless you're saying I need a separate reader and burner for the BMDV-REC to be successfully burnt...

No I thought you were talking about burning the original the the HDD and then trying to make a BMDV-REC disc that way. You can do it with just one drive!

Sorry kinda of new with this but when you mean burn to HDD. Does that mean making a CLONE backup to the HDD. Because thats what I did.

Now I tried making a movie only backup to play on my PS3 it plays some footage was skipped and some was sluggish when playing. Sound did get muted once but once i re-wined it played normally.

First off your logs show you are not using the original disc to make a BMDV-REC from. You need to use the original disc. In settings under the write tab you need to switch from ImgBurn to the VSO burning engine as the notes say this whats supported. Under source and target for a BMDV-REC disc both need to be set to your burner. Also is your PS3 the old fat unit or the new slim unit? I have had issues burning protected back ups and having them played on the older fat unit.
