I have tried to use two different burmers to burn the disc:

        PIONEER BD-RW BDR-206 1.04
        LG HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH10LS30

I have experienced such problem before too, below is the burn log:

While I never burn BD media (I just watch 'em off hdds via a media player),
recommend that you slow down, you're burning at 8X...way too fast.

Try 2X and see how it goes.

You also may benefit from switching burn engines to Img.
There's a link in my sig for setup.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

As mainman stated you are burning way to fast!! I don't even think your media is rated that high. I see 6x the fastest write available and I would go 2.5 or 4 at the max. Also which burning engine are you using? ImgBurn or VSO?

Easy way to tell is VSO's log is always backwards (starting from the bottom and reads/writes to the top) while ImgBurn's starts at the top (with a ImgBurn header) and reads/writes to the bottom. With that said it looks like a VSO log.

Thanks for the info W&B!! Now the OP should switch to ImgBurn set up AWS and burn slower. Also a suggestion pick up a BDRE or 2 for practice burns. You can search the forum on setting up ImgBurn and AWS and if you have issue please post them and I will get you plumbed up!!
