8.0.8.3 and newer w/multi m2ts skips and freezes

I've nailed it down. Something was done between version 8.0.7.3 and 8.0.8.3 that causes skips and freezes in Movie Copy if the movies have seamless branching (many m2ts files.) Full Copy works fine - I can make Movie Copies from movies I've full copied with later versions that play fine, IF I make the Movie Copies with 8.0.7.3. I have 8.1.0.5 installed in a seperate folder, so I can use the Write Data option to create a .miniso file for folders. This works, but it's clumsy.

The affected movies that I can think of off the top of my head are A-Team, Angels & Demons, Drive Angry, Salt... I'm sure there are others.

I've done so, with the same result. Skips and freezes during playback. I believe that the code inserted to help make multiple m2ts files copy faster (in 8.0.8.2 I believe although I don't have a copy of that downloaded) is causing incomplete copying of the m2ts files in Main Movie mode.
