I assume theres no way currently to do a full copy with menu but blank out some extras?

And, if I only have one English HD audio track for instance, if I remove HD audio, does the audio get re-encoded?

I believe they are working on being able to have menus, no time frame as to when it will be available though.

During the copying process, when compression is needed, it will remove HD audio (convert Dolby TrueHD to Dolby AC3, convert DTS-HD Master Audio to DTS) to save space for video.
