Problem with new 3D SBS feature

Imagine how excited I was when I saw there was a new 'Convert to Blu-Ray SBS 3D' feature. Not 100% but it sounds as though it will do a full copy with menus and extras but convert the movie to SBS 3D to fit onto a BD25 disc.

Anyway I simply can't get it to work. As soon as the analysis is finished I get an error box 'DVDfab ... has encountered an error and needs to close'. It's the usual windows error box when something has crashed. Have tried 3 movies now and all of them are exactly the same. Seems to happen as soon as it attempts the SBS encoding.

Some more logs. Tried to compress Megamind but it just hangs at 0.01% encoding. Then changed to Sanctum and got the a 'Process Failed' error message. Logs attached:

I am using an iso file that is an exact copy of the original disc (minus the protection of course)

That size in DVDFab is being reported incorrect as the entire iso file is only 44,667,174,912 bytes (41.2GB)

So obviously something is wrong if it isn't reporting file sizes correctly.

This is a new and very fragile process. It would be much better if you start tests with all other features disabled (e.g. GPU acceleration, preview, etc.).
So, please disable GPU acceleration in Common Settings, make sure preview window is hidden. Make sure all drivers on your machine are up to date, run Windows Update 3-4 times until "no more updates" and kill all background processes (antivirus, etc.)
Give it a try and report here. Post new logs if failure.

Just to clarify for my problem, I already run DVDFab with no GPU acceleration at all due to other issues i'm having. Everything is set to software encoding/decoding. Also all my drivers and windows updates are current and up-to-date (Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit)

@IPopov50 Some were made with DVDFab and some were made with imgburn using Other Software to decrypt

The iso was made with image burn, however, I also tried from original Blu-ray with same results.

That size in DVDFab is being reported incorrect as the entire iso file is only 44,667,174,912 bytes (41.2GB)

So obviously something is wrong if it isn't reporting file sizes correctly.
Using the original did you get the same file size?

ImgBurn is not a decryptor, nor ripper. You couldn't make rip (copy) using ImgBurn.
Same questions still stands: what software you were using to copy original BD to HDD. It's obvious, it wasn't DVDFab. I'm asking this question again and again because root of your problem seem lies there. Just please don't make looks like you do not understand what I'm asking.
