blu ray "loading..." problem

Hi there - I'm a newbie looking for help

I can back up most blu ray movies using a combination of dvdfab and imgburn. The only titles that give me problems are those blu ray movies that have long loading times like "Close Encounters", the Bond movies etc.

The backups only get as far as the "loading..." stage and and just hang there indefinitely and fail to load.

Any suggestions about how to correct this would be much appreciated.

Still a problem in 6.2.0.5 on Windows 7(64)
