    Restarts or freezes

    I have a problem since version 8.1.0.5. I can burn the DVD without problems and also if they are in BD clone mode or full disc. When I copy a movie from BD or recoded to burn a disk of 25 Gb I can think of two things:
    The computer restarts,
    or at any time freezes. The hard disk and internet connection to make the program activity but does not advance. I can leave hours and never get along.
    What can be?
    Currently I have version 8.1.1.2 and does the same. Working with windows 7 professional.

      Post logs as requested and do not start a duplicate threads in another sub-forum.
      It will not get you help any faster.

        Ok. Now I'm at work. As soon as I get home I turn up the log.
        The companion "gus marx", has opened another thread explaining how the dvdfab freezes. That's exactly what happens to me. I also encodes and decodes in "software".
        Besides this, from time to time the pc restarts the process at any time.
        Anyway I will try to do as indicated by the moderator CBR929 partner, and upload the results.

            I uninstalled version 8.1.1.2 and I installed the 8.0.8.5 version. With the old version if I can record.
            All right. So far I have made this version installed.
