Please check ignore all read errors in settings/read. Even though you got the read errors you said you have the BMDV and Certificate folder have you burned them to see if the back up works?

I will try this after work. I didn't set this in the options menu however, I did see this option on the error pop up window and I did select Ignore and after that nothing seemed to happen and the App just seem to hang. I will re-try again and also try with the most recent beta too. There read error was see while the app was pre-scanning and executing main movie read. Odd that this disk is the only one with this issue. I'll report back findings this evening. Thank you for your time.

SO i uninstalled .1.0 and installed .1.2 and disabled error reading retry and prescan. I cleaned out the log files before opening the program. I put in RIDDICK and selected Movie only and it started. about 10% into the read the program seem to come to a stop and the speed droppe to zero. I left it there for a while however nothing seems to be going. After 18 minutes I was able to gracefully cancel and go back to the main menu.

I'm stumped. Any thoughts?

I am not sure if this will help but, your drive has a firmware update you will find it here

NOTE: If you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless.

Hmmm...I'll have a look. Just curious why 2010 and 2011 disks are working and this 2004 isn't. I know they movie production date is different from disk production date. Just wondering why resent is working better then this one disk and if it could be a SW issue.

Edit, took a look at the FW. This FW is for a DVD drive. I'm not using a Pioneer DVD drive for this disk. The drive I'm using is an LG BD model drive I believe.
