3D to 3D or to SBS on 25g

Just got the 3D TV last week and purchased Drive Angry in 3D but I want to back up original. I have a few 50g disks that I can use on these but if I can use 25g in SBS then that would be cheaper. Anyone used both formats yet to see the difference? Is it better to use the 50 cause it is that much better or is the difference negligible?

The difference is not big in my option. In fact, the only noticeable difference is that SBS 3D has only half resolution compared to original Blu-ray 3D, but it's the same for passive 3D TV which only show half resolution too.
