Bluray ISO or M2TS....Any Difference in Quality

    Using DVDfab 8.0.9.8

What is the difference if any in video and sound quality between a bluray ISO using "DVDfab Bluray Copy" and a ripped bluray to M2TS file using "DVDfab Bluray Ripper"

For the ISO I picked main movie, DTS Master Audio and English subtitle.

For the M2TS I picked the same and used M2TS passthrough for the profile.

I could not tell the difference but the file size for the ISO is about 2GB bigger than the M2TS

Is picture quality and audio the same?

    Hi,
For quality and audio, not have difference between ISO and M2TS.
You could burn the ISO file to a disc and play it in BD player. M2TS just is a video.
    Hope this help you!

        Hi,

Yeah, to create a ISO file has more flexibility. Burn a disc to save it perpetually, or watch the movie with your friends on a player by disc, of course, also could play the ISO file on your PC by PowerDVD or other.

        Thanks!
