    504.00 error

I apologize if this has already been posted, but I recently received this error during the "Full Disk" Blu-ray copy of Little Fockers using v8.1.1.2:

    Task_1 failed! Error=1010(504.00 0 error: process exception, filter(type128:id20), info = 503.00 13,): 17:07:26

Since this did not result in a crash (just a process failure) I only can attach my Process Log and Blu-ray disk Info.txt (below).

I am currently running on Windows XP SP3 and this is the first time I have encountered this particular error with v8.1.1.2 (I have successfully made several other [different titles] copies with this version. My Blu-ray player is a Lite-on iHBS212 with firmware 5L09.

My only work-around was to choose "Main Movie" Blu-ray copy. But this solution is not why I paid for this product.

Hope the information can help the developers produce a solution.

    Regards,

    K. Clark

    Hi,

    Please post internal.log file.
You can use software for decoder & encoder only and disable LR, and have a try.

    Thanks!

    Wilson
Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

    Thanks!

Thank you Wilson for your quick reply. I have now attached the internal.log file, but please be aware I restarted the DVDFab application after receiving this 504 error; so I do not know if the internal.log has any relevant information. I will also turn off LR, but I hope that is only a workaround and not a permanent solution.

The instant Fab is opened it starts writing to the internal log. Please copy entire movie BD50 to your HDD then do your compression if any on the HDD. Switch all codecs to software and disable LR. Also make sure disc is clean sometimes it can also be a bad press!
        For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

          Wilson,

I re-ran the copy, using your suggestion to disable LR. Unfortunately the copy process "hung" at roughly 21% into the process. I also have attached the internal.log, as a file. Hopefully you have enough data to analyze this error, especially if this is problem is not unique to me (I have recently seen similar posts).

Please refer to post #4 Copy entire movie to HDD as a BD50 then set BD50 folder as your source and HDD as target agin and compress this will be faster and save wear and tear on your burner, also in settings check ignore all read errors.
