If your computer is from a department store and you did not buy a video card to upgrade then it has what is referred to as 'onboard graphics' (means it's built into the mother board) and is most likely not supported and probably never will be.

i just opened the program and went to the green check mark. then "general", then "GPU accleration", i can NOT check the "enable GPU accleration" option. does a disc ( movie ) have to be in drive first?

Glad to hear my suggestion worked. What card are you using?

Fab seems to like the NVidia chipset implementations for GPU acceleration and does not seem to like the ATI chipsets. Maybe something in how the ATI drivers are put together?

    Hi GregiBoy,

Thanks for the suggestion about turning off the GPU acceleration. I did this and managed a flawless rip. I have only had time to try 1 but a successful rip has been a long time coming.

    Not me

Win7 64 bit has worked flawlessly for me! Not a Win7 issue. Maybe something else?
