No audio Harry Potter 1 and 2 bluray iso

I am trying to make a back up of Harry Potter 1 and 2. I am using dvdfab 8 to make an iso of the main movie, but when I play it there is no audio. I am using dvdfab virtual drive to mount the iso. Any ideas?

Are you playing it with PowerDVD?

Yes, this is known issue for WinDVD 10 (you can search these forums for it). WinDVD can't decode audio correctly. Please try to use different player.
Media Player Classic Home Cinema (MPC-HC) or VLC players will do the job and they are free.

I downloaded powerdvd 11 and everything works great. Thank you for the help. 8.1.0.7 has been the best version yet, I'm a little scared to update.

            Hi surfingvette2,

We fixed some freeze issue in the new beta build 8117 if you noticed the change history. Better than 8107.
