    Task_1 failed! Error=401

Hi, I am using DVD Fab 8.1.2.0 and using the Blu Ray Copy Mode. Trying to burn the Blu Ray Disc "Casino". Trying to compress Full Disc to 25 GB and getting error Task_1 failed! Error=401
    Looking in logs
    173m 33.28s: Blu-ray Copy: Full Disc
    173m 33.28s: Source: E:\BDMV\
    173m 33.28s: SourceSize: 45880 MB
    173m 33.28s: RemoveHDAudio: 0
    173m 33.28s: OutputDisc: BDMV
    173m 33.28s: OutputTarget: BD25
    173m 33.28s: OutputVideo: 1080p/i
    173m 58.16s: output blocks 11658240 uncompressable blocks 13448692

I also tried just doing the main movie, that went through fine but the sound was out of sync with the voice.

    Hi skapoor101
Please do not compress from your drive
First save it to your HDD as BD50 "Movie Only" without compression.
Then open the hard drive folder and select BD25 to compress to another folder on your hard drive.
Use the "Write Data" mode of Fab to open this COMPRESSED folder and burn to a disk.
Doing it this way saves wear and tear on your optical drive and is also faster.
    Hope this helps

      Hi CBR929:

I tried your suggestion by doing the "Main Movie" only and although that did work when it burnt the disc and I play it on a Blu Ray player the audio sound is out of sync with the lip sync. I even tried this with the 8.1.2.3 beta and same result. I even tried "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" as suggested by Support but same error of Uncompressable blocks.

I have had the same issue with another Disc "Gran Torino" so it is not a bad disc we are talking about here. The dics is very clean and no scratches. Original disc plays perfectly on player.

        Dear skapoor101

Please try our latest beta version 8124 .

Set A/V codec both decoder and encoder to software to see if you still get the out of sync issue.

        best regards,

        Knighter
