Sorry auto fix iPad lol! Do your compression on the HDD you are compressing a 38gig movie down to 23gigs. You want to do your compression on the HDD.

Funny I have been converting from the HDD to the HDD. I originally ripped the movie from the disc to an iso. Now I am trying to take the iso and convert it down to another iso small enough (the 25gb etting) to fit onto a blank BD.

I tried the suggestion above about using "software" settings, same issue.

And you are converting the iso down to a BD25 and out putting to the HDD again? Or straight to a disc?

sorry i didn't post again but i did a successful copy with 8.1.2 Final haven't updated to 8.1.2.5 not til i buy the starwars saga

here's the best way in my opinion to success with famous titles.

Burn original .iso with imgburn (you will need passkey)
Then with dvdfab select the still full .iso (original full size) to compress to 25gb. (the folder destination, not the .iso destination.
Then use dvdfab to burn to bluray, i choose imgburn in the dvdfab settings. So far i've gotten 98% of blurays to compress properly.

Lol not stumped as Fab has had issues with certain BR's it could be something with a USB HDD. My input is just a suggestion as I have successfully backed up and watched transformers 3!

I'm going to try ripping the iso to my HDD on my pc and not the USB this time.

                        Transformers 3

I thought I had successfully copied the main movie, however it was missing the last 3 minutes (154 vs. 157). Have upgraded to 8.1.2.5 and will see if I can get the full movie. I think that some members who think they have the full main movie may have the same problem.

I backed up Transformers 3 and it didn't have a single hiccup. I watched it thru the end credits and all was fine using 8125. I ripped it to the internal HDD, then compressed it to BD25; the operation took about 6 hours using CUDA but it turned out OK.

Yes please post the results! I don't compress and now I have a media hub and use another program to convert to an MKV. The MKV program only does unto protection 25, and 26 is the new movies so I still have to use Fab, transformers played just fine beginning to end!

                                Transformers Dark Of The Moon

I was never able to rip this movie using version 8.1.2.5 Qt. 8.1.2.4 Qt Beta allowed a remux rip, no other profile worked on Beta version. Looks like there are enough log files available for Fengtao to figure this one out. I can post if needed.
