    Transformers Dark of the moon

I tried backing up Full Disk and main copy each time will say disk failed. Then I tried to compress to 25 gig and went 2% and took almost an hour. I then tried backing up on a DL-RE and at 1% it was 45 mins.

I then tried going back to 8.1.2.4 but that still didnt work.

just a note. I loaded the full disk to my HDD to start

Im not quite understanding you? You said you backed up the full movie to the HDD? So you made a full copy? And then tried to do movie only and it failed? I used 8.1.0.5 to back this movie up with no issues.

-I backed up the full disk to the HDD.

-I tried to back up the full disk and it failed 1 sec into (DL disk).

-Then I tried to back up just the main movie and it failed 1 sec into disk (DL disk).

-I then tried compressing the 45 gigs to 25 gigs and it took almost an hour to go 2%

I have backed MANY movies using DVDfab but Transformers 3 isnt work. Its seem to work for some but not others.

So the VSO burn engine is not working for you? Try ImgBurn and write the BMDV and certificate to the BR and you should be fine

Thanks... I have never used Imgburn. Is it just a change of setting?

Ok i guess i figured it out.. This version v8.1.2.5 doesn't like my Anti-Virus software which is Bit Defender. I un-installed it and now the compression is going strong. Right now its at 40% and still running. I've had Bit Defender Ani-Virus for 6 months and never had a problem with other Blue Ray back-ups. Who woulda figured since i don't think i should have had that much problems with DVD Fab. Oh well i'll know next time i guess.

Well I hope the fix that cause i dont want to keep un installing programs to run this.

I pay alot of money for it to work without me having to uninstall every time I back up a movie.

                thanks good find

                  Hi, Singleman5 and RonnieC312

Glad to see that DVDFab work well after uninstalling Bit Defender Ani-Virus.
Maybe Bit Defender Ani-Virus block something of DVDFab. But I also will tell the issue to dev and check it!

Ronnie u was able to copy Main Movie to HDD or Desktop correct ?? Then you tried like i did to compress it to another folder at 25 GB right ?? That is the problem ?? Compression is stopping short of finishing.

Well I got it to compress to 25 gig (main Movie) its will fail to burn. I'm trying again right now to play with the setting. I guess Ill post my log if it fails
