Clone process freezes halfway Despicable Me 3d

I have tried 2 separate discs to back up Despicable Me 3d. Both discs (the 1st I returned for exchange) have froze up at the halfway mark of the cloning process. Then nothing happens at all. I contacted support and they say it's my software. When I cancel the process I get this message: 17109 Task 1 Failed Error= 102
I cancelled the process after a long delay where nothing happens. Have not had this happen with any other title.Here's the log from the 3 times tried yesterday and today:

Hi, unclebubbies,

Try this: Open "Common Settings" window, click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically".

If this fails to work, clean the disc even if it looks genuine.

Thank you but I have already did what you suggested. Still no luck. I contacted support and they told me to copy it to my hdd and then make the backup. Problem with that is whenever I've did that in the past the backup comes out in 2d and not 3d. I am under the assumption that the only way to get a 3d back up is to clone it, correct? That said the 2 discs i've tried have both froze at the same point. I believe there is some kind of protection that prevents the process from being completed.

The disc has reading error, please check if it's dirty or scratched.

I had the same problem for Despicable me 3D. Try Version 8.2.0.0 , It worked for me.
