No play on Blu ray player

Started backing up my Star Wars blu rays. Phantom Menace burned and played fine using 8127, but since downloading 8128 my back ups of Sith and Clones burns 'successfully" and will play on computer but not on blu ray player. I am using Verbatim discs and am burning on slowest speed. Before I start sending in logs, do you have any ideas why all of a sudden this is happening?

I had the same problem on "Return of the Jedi" and started a thread. The only reply given was that my media was cheap. I've used that media many times including the previous 5 star wars discs with no problem. I agree with you that it is a program problem because it occurred after the 8.1.2.8 download. I think you had better post your logs to get any type of response.

      Not exactly true.
You were also told that you were trying to burn at double the speed your burner/disc was rated for.......from your log.....

      Yes your media is garbage.

I doubt this is the problem but you are several version of Imgburn out of date.

            ImgBurn Version 2.5.2.0: 13:15:42

Download V 2560 from this link and give it a try.

ImgBurn is a lightweight CD / DVD / HD DVD / Blu-ray burning application that everyone should have in their toolkit... and it's free!

            Are there any other logs?

              Hi Johnpayd
Have you tried it with Lightning-Recoding disabled to see if the problem still persists.

I disabled lightening speed whatever and lower my burn speed to slow and my back up of Pirates 3 worked successfully. It took all night but I did not waste another Verbatim disk so it was worth it. I am now trying to backup "A New Hope" hopefully that will be successful as well. Oh, I am using version 8125

Sorry, I was in a bit of a rush this morning I had a hard time finding the right log. However, I did try backing up Attack of the Clones again and once again it "burned successfully" but it won't play on blu ray player. I kept the burn speed to slowest setting and disabled the "Lightning speed" encoding and used 8125. By the way, A New Hope burned successf;ully and plays fine on player
