      No play Blu-ray

Have you tryed Verb. 25GB-non LTH or HTL? I've been having great results with this disc. Haven't had a coaster yet!, but the only place I could find them was at Office Maxx!
I got 2 boxes of 10 on sale for 16.99 a peice! I've looked all over but can only find the LTH or HTL. As far as longivitiy I really don't know! I tryed the LTH or HTL and had alot of bad back-ups! Just useing BD-R Verb's now! Hope this helps.

I will get the logs up this afternoon when I get home, but I am using Verbatim 25G Lth disks. Are these crappy disks? I thought these were the best. I was able to back up Empire Strikes Back successfully and it plays fine on my blu ray player, but once again Attack of the Clones did not play. I doubt that it is my Verbatims when some movies burn fine

Your discs are pressed on the same press that they make DVD's on. Thats why they are so cheap. Pick up a good BDRE like TDK or Verbatim and try again!

I tried using Fab 7093 and this time Revenge of the Sith burned successfully. I burned a copy on a Memorex first and then did a follow up on Verbatim BD-R and both worked fine. I just did a backup of Attack of the Clones and once again it won't play. I know you keep saying the Memorex is cheap ( I agree) but I thought Verbatim LTH were the best. Should I change my burn speed from slowest to 2x?

              Hi Johnpayd
Some members have had problems with the LTH disc, Verbatims are good depending on the ones you purchase.
Maybe try using ImgBurn as your burn engine.
You will find instructions setting it up in the link in my signature.
Remember to set up the AWS in ImgBurn and burn speed to 1/2 the rated speed of your media, if using different media set AWS for all of them.
              Hope this helps

I am having the same problem.

I have backed up about 20 discs and had no issues until now. I can play it on my computer but not my Samsung bluray player? I am using the same TDK BD-R dual layer disks.

                  What am I doing wrong?

                  Here is my log.

Which Star Wars blu ray are you having trouble with? I have been able to back up all but Attack of the Clones. I have tried different version of FAB, different burn engines, and slow burning speeds. I have used cheap discs like Memorex and expensive disk like Verbatim. I have been able to back up my other new blu rays without a problem

This may or may not help.

                      1. I use verbatim 2x lth disks. Not one problem. Ones I burned about a year ago played great.

                      2. Backed up the last x-men movie on a verbatim 6x, 50gb, non-lth disk. It locked up my player. Tried again the next day, it actually started then locked up again.

                      3. I then backed up the new pirates on the same type 50gb disk. I wrote Panasonic and was told how to reset the player (its actually in my manual). I did what they said and everything plays now.

It wasn't in default as default is in the setup. I had to hold down a bunch of buttons for X number of seconds etc. I don't have a clue what it did but everything works.

Please try the latest version found here
Also you may have better luck with ImgBurn as your burn engine, it is free and instructions on setting it up in the link in my signature.
