Is therer a time estimation on the update?
Is this a special version of BD+ for region B?

Just downloaded and tried version 8.1.3.1 beta. X-Men First Class Region B is still giving "BD+ protection not supported" message.
Is there any estimate for when this protection will supported?

Region A or Region B??? I have the Region B version. In other threads, there are posts about the same issue.

My Region A "X-Men: First Class" BD opens and rips via DVDFab without a problem.

Hi! Sorry to put my two cents worth in, but I managed to make a copy of this film using DVDFab version 8.0.8.5 on a blank Ritek disc (no less) with about 10% compression. It actually came out pretty good - not perfect because of the 10% compression - but I'm satisfied with it.

My 17 year old nephew came over with some friens to watch the DVD and I purposely showed him the compressed copy instead of the store bought disc and he could not tell the difference.

What I'm getting at is that perhaps we ought to hold on to our tried and true versions of DVDFab (such as 8085) and not discard them as soon as we are told that another version has been released. My experience has been that these newer releases tend to be problematic. Thus, you can always go back to something you know works when all else fails.

                      Just food for thought here.

Its a region A disc maybe that why some people have backed it up and others have not. But either way Fengtao is on it so I guess be patient.

Just tried 8.1.3.2 Qt, still getting "BD+ not supported message" for Region B X-Men First Class.
