Blu-ray copy to BD25 180p/i won't fit on SL disk

I'm trying to backup my copy of Red. I have used a target or BD25 1080p/i. DVDFab suggests the output will be 85% of the original (26.401GB down to 22.461 GB).

A Blank BD SL disk on my computer has 22.3GB available. The resulting output from DVDFAB is 22.1 GB I am using DVDFAB's internal burner, not ImgBurn.

The bitrate DVDFAB calculates is 22872.

When DVDFAB attempts to do the burn it asks for a DL BD disk. The output won't fit on a SL disk.

How do I adjust the bitrate, or make DVDFAB create output that does fit on a SL disk?

    thanks

Update: According to Imgburn the output was 95% of a SL disk, and it burned ok. So perhaps the problem is a bug in DVDFAB?

Check which settings you have for BD output and make sure its set to 23000MB output also it is highly recomended you install and setup ImgBurn, In CBR929 sig. is the instructions to do this.
      For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

        Hi, thanks for your reply.

It was already set at 23000. This is the default, and apart from the location of the temporary folder, I had not changed any settings. I ran it again and I got the same result. I burned it with ImgBurn and it only took up 95% of the disk.

But nothing will play the disk when burned with imgburn. Not my LG BD Player, not my pioneer, or any of the BD players in the computers.

I shall check out the ImgBurn settings as suggested.
