    more info

The message about my burn speed being "miscompared" I reset my burn speeds for 1x since my Verbatim is a 2x. I am doing something wrong. My other backups this week (Fast 5 and Green Lantern) are playing fine why these periodic problems with blu rays like T3 and Capt America?

You need to set up AWS for yor media and leave the speed setting in Fab set at recomended. You also need to post your internal burn log for this movie T3.
      For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

Thanks, I post the log when I get home. I set the AWS in Imgburn as 1X since my Verbatim is 2X. I think I did it correctly. In fact I set the aws for 1x for all my media

I think it has been said in many post that you should do your compression on the HDD you should really pay attention to this it will help you out allot. In the settings in Fab under write you need to set the burn speed to recommended!
            For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
            or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
            or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

              Hi Johnpayd
              Along with my friends advice.
Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, disable Lightning-Recoding.
              CBR929
Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

I reset the Fab settings as you said. Now I have been backing up the blu rays to the HD without compression, then compressing it to BD 25 onto the disk. Isn't this what I am suppose to be doing? Also, I just backed up Green Lantern without any problems it is just Transformers 3 and Capt America that have not been working.

Yes you backup the full movie to the HDD then set that as your source and your target will be the HDD again then you will burn to your media

Thanks. Just to make sure I got this. When I compress the movie from 50 gb to 25gb, I set the destination to my C: and then burn the already compressed movie to my disk? What, though, is the advantage to doing it this way?

Like I answered on your other post, less wear and tear on your blu-ray drive and less processing time.
