Can only play I am legend on PowerDVD

Hi, I recently attempted to back up my copy of I am Legend to BD-R. My original disk has two versions, theatrical and alternate. The total size is 37gb, so I split them to two disks, as I only have 25gb disks.

The resulting BD's will only play on PowerDVD 10 and above. VLC, media player, my LG HR558D and my Pioneer BDP51-FD will not play the disk.

I've attached log files.

What am I doing wrong?

I would recommend burning that same movie file with ImgBurn separately instead of in DVDFab.
