Error Reading Disc

I hear the drive trying to access the disc in a repetitive sounding action. The disc is new and clean.

I tried 8.0.8.5 and the application crashes and brings up a crash window and asks me to send the information however upon sending information that application fails to send anything and displays a failed message.

Needed to reboot

I had to reboot after installation. 3.6 has fixed what 3.5 couldn't do. It's reading the disc correctly now.

Spoke too soon, the DF started reading the disc however about 3% into reading the disc, the drive light activity light stopped blinking and nothing else was seen. The speed in Mb went from 8 down to zero and time dropped to zero as well. I'm leaving it alone for now however don't think Fab or the drive is going to do anything else. Please advise.
