Pirates of the Caribbean PIRACY warning 3/4 the way through

I've searched the forums and found a lot of issues with Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides and found a lot of issues, but not what I just saw. I got 3/4 of the way through the movie and then I received a piracy warning. The Blu Ray hung up, so I restarted it, went to the next chapter and the rest of the movie played just fine all the way through the credits.

I'm sure I'll have to re rip the Blu ray (full movie to ISO in my case), but I was wondering if anyone had seen this issue. This is the first movie I have that I've seen this type of piracy warning.

What region disc did you back up? I backed up Pirates Of The Carribean: On Stranger Tides Region 1 Movie Only and just watched the entire movie without any such piracy warning or encryption.
