Unable to Read Drive E:\

Failed to Read drive E:\ Make sure your disk is playable:

All previous versions worked fine, all Blank BD's disks checked and ok....... now ver 8.1.3.8 Whatever Blank BD I put in either burner on my Win7 64bit system I get this message from DVDFab. If I click next, I get a Blue Error box stating;

No Media Detected in Drive E: Please insert a compatible media to start the write process:

I have tried both drives and 10 different blank BD's. I have autoplay turned off on both drives and the message still comes up?

Dear katana7t,

Please install Imgburn( http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download) , set the burning engine to Imgburn, then burn again to see if you still get this problem.
