    Dear datars,

Please check is the iso file on your computer can play well by the media player. If the iso could play well, please try to update firmware of your Blu-ray player to see if you still have this problem.

    Best regards,
    Knighter

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

PowerDVD is worthless, and I'm not able to get the files or ISO to work with WinDVD Pro v11.

I also made a 1 to 1 copy of Rise of the Planet of the Apes to ISO and it will not work. I'm not even able to extract the ISO

      Thanks for any input
