Thats weird in one post it says BD+ gen 12 and in your post it says BD+ gen 7?

It depends on the version of DVDFab that detects that. Older versions won't know about new discs so will mis-detect. Contagion is gen12 then.

DVDFab 8.1.5.2 Qt Beta release not working

downloaded and tried new beta which indicates the problem is fixed. However i get the same error on previous releases. Copy of log as follows:

NOTE: there are several versions of "Contagion", please check UPC to see if it's supported.
UPC 883929191765, it's the combo release and is supported.
UPC 883929226863, it's the single disc release and is supported.
UPC 883929206469, it's single disc release, but it's not supported yet.

Thanks for the update. I am getting an internal error message with 8.1.5.2 but in looking at your list, I have the misfortune of having the one version which isn't supported yet. .

I think many of us bought UPC 883929206469 because it was the cheapest and we didn't need any other features or other media types.

The latest beta release DVDFab 8.1.5.3 Qt Beta did worked with my disc and was able to back it up finally. Thanks for the effort team
