Best Way to Copy BD 3D?

Ok I have read a lot of posts about the subject and since I have gotten onto the 3D bandwagon I have a question(s).

Is it better to back up using Clone, full disc, or main movie?
Now I know that the only drawback media wise is if I want a Clone or full disc I need a BD-R DL (50gb) and they arent cheap but I have a few, and for main movie I just need a standard BD-R (25gb)

Also what is the basic set up for 3D would it be top/bottom. or side to side?
I will be using the PS3 and PS3 3d display for watching.

I thank everyone in advance for any information.

Whether you do a clone, main movie or full movie backup is an individual preference and is influenced by how much storage space you have.

I like to make a clone backup to my hard disk. That way, I can make whatever types of copies I want at the moment and later, if my needs change, I can work with the clone copy rather than having to make a new backup based on my new needs.

I cannot comment on making 3D copies for a PS 3 as I do not have one.

I hope this is of some help.
