Cannot read Animals United 3D and other

I have 2 BD 3D discs that dvdfab can't read: Animals United 3d and Box Office 3D, both are italian editions.
The power dvd player load the discs just fine, but when i open dvdfab to make an iso clone on my hard disk it hangs reading the discs forever (until i shut it down).

Same thing with previous beta.

Suggestions? Thanks.

I repeat: in the power dvd player on the same computer (an HP with Vista and Geforce GT 440), the disc load just fine with no issues.

Update: just installed beta 8.1.5.4 and now it works.
I'll have to test the iso yet.
