    Problem Updating from 8.1.32

When I first purchased this I was using 8.1.26 then updated to 8.1.28 then onto 8.1.32 all with no problems. When I then updated to 8.1.56 nothing at all would copy in any mode on any disk, it would always fall over after completing the analysis and just into the copy routine with this error:

    Task_1 failed! Error=1010(504.00 0 error: filter name(bdre_mux), type(128), id(20), get fatal exception).

I then found the 8.1.58 update 1 or 2 days later and had the same problem and then 1 or 2 days later I found yet another update 8.1.59 and again with same error. I had to uninstall this completely and reinstalled 8.1.32 and all was fine again. So something is very wrong these updates. I have notified support and as yet have had not reply whatsoever. I have paid for 2 years support and I am not happy at all.

I have looked on the forum and they say never compress from the writer (as I have always done without problem to an ISO) but to the HDD without compression and then compress to another folder, so I tried this and got this error instead when compressing:

    Task_1 failed! Error=1010(580.00 0)

So I have had to go back to a version that works ie 8.1.3.2 until someone or support can offer a solution. I have looked for another update between 8.1.3.2 and 8.1.5.6 and cannot find one, which might help a little bit.

I have exactly the same problem with 8.1.5.9, when 8.1.3.2 was working fine for me. Any disk (see one example log attached) fails immediately with this error:

      0m 30.79s: info: blu-ray copy begin (unit[elem[atomic[00084.m2ts]]])
      0m 30.81s: info: processing source(00084.m2ts)
      0m 33.51s: error: filter name(bdre_mux), type(128), id(20), get module_error(15 1 Y:\Shared Videos\MainMovie\THE_LION_KING\BDMV\STREAM\00084.m 2ts)
      0m 33.53s: blu-ray main movie 504.00 0 error: filter name(bdre_mux), type(128), id(20), get module_error(15 1 Y:\Shared Videos\MainMovie\THE_LION_KING\BDMV\STREAM\00084.m 2ts)

If I uninstall 8.1.5.9 and reinstall 8.1.3.2 it works OK. Put back 8.1.5.9 and it fails again. It looks like multiple people are seeing this error. I'm using Windows XP 32 (SP3).

Try 8.1.6.1, it's working for me even though 8.1.5.6 was failing in the way you described.

I have just tried it tonight and it actually works but the previous three releases I tried did not.
