Not reading any BDs

This is an XP pro 32 machine that has no problems with writing DVDs. Core2 Quad, 2.4GHz, 3.25 GB RAM. I have a brand new BD writer iHBS212 internal SATA, I own another much older one that did the exact same thing. As far as I know, I'm running all default settings. When I put a BD disk in the drive it shows the correct name, but then indicates that it "Encounters a Reading Error" and failed to read. Here is the last part of the log using 2 different titles.

It seem like a driver certificate issue, please reinstall driver for your BD-ROM.
