DVDFab Core Crash

I have been unable to use DVDFAB BD Ripper since release 8.1.25. No ulterior release has fixed the issue. I get a DVDFAB core has ceased funtioning at around 20% of the ripping process with no real input on the issue.

When a 5 digit error code is followed by a 13 it is almost always a registry issue. Try unistalling and running ccleaner, or some such, on the registry until it finds no errors, might take a couple times. Install with a fresh installer of the latest version and give it a spin.

I did completely uninstall DVDFAB with Ccleaner behing it.

However I redid the operation & installed 1.8.1.61 & am now getting when reading the BlueRay ...An unknown error occured please check for a newer install on the site.....

DVDFab informed me after I rebooted to try to avoid the issue that previous connection to FAB failed & that it might be caused by an old griphics driver & suggested I disabled GPU...which I did ...same error

Graphics ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO for which no new driver.

There has been a server failure causing Blu-Ray disks not to open properly for everyone. Note the notice at the top of this forum.

I finally reinstalled DVDFAB 8163 after running ccleaner up until no residual regedit (register) errors.

Still getting the same error 20% into the ripping process. Do not know shat to do ?

Joromi, try ripping the BR to the hard drive, if that is successful then make your MKV from the HDD folder.
