Hello everyone, I am having some trouble backing up my collection of blurays. When i choose bluray copy (main movie) the result everytime with every movie I try is the commentary track playing along with the movie. I tried selecting remove hd audio with no luck. I tried copy (full disc) and had the same result. (commentary track) . Am I missing something? Thanks very much.

Hello again everyone. I am still trying to use bluray copy without the commentary track. I tried all combinations of selecting and deselecting audio options but no luck . Any advice? Thanks again. -

You need to select the DTS HD track or the AC3 True track.
If still having problems, post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Commentary won't remove (I Tried Everything)
Hi,
I tried every way it can be done plus tried using methods from this site, but to no avail. And I don't know why but it seems my pc blu-ray burner won't burn on my blank DVD I keep getting error, but if I burn it in my portable blu-ray burner it works fine. I have the latest version. I use to take off the hd audio in order to remove commentary but it don't anymore. Either it's in English or something else.
