Thanks for the files. Since you use an unprotected iso as source, there is no id in the log. Please open the original disc and send the log of that (you only need to open the disc with Fab, no other operation). Thank you

For everyone else: if in your log of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (disc is called BREAKING_DAWN), you have a line like the one above, "... blu-ray NUMBER" with a different NUMBER than the one above, please also post your log + jar files (preferably from BDMV\BACKUP\JAR\*.jar). Thank you.

Indeed the good playlist is 504, for this version; btw: the "copy protected" message is clip 516, so any playlist with that clip in is not good. The server has been updated and DVDFab will select it in Main Movie view.

Other versions, with English DTSHD 7.1 channels, have only one playlist of 1:57:08, playlist 1.
I updated DVDFab to the latest version. The latest rip doesn't contain the copyright file. I don't burn my movies to disc. I rip them to my hard drive and use Boxee Box media player. I burned the Main Movie to a folder not an ISO and the movie doesn't play in the correct order. On the boxee it starts off fine. But at 9:35 it starts playing the titles in the wrong order. I tried playing it directly on my computer using PotPlayer. I played the Playlist file 00000.mpls which began the movie correctly, but the same problem occurred at 9:35.

Maybe my Fab settings are wrong? Or is this another form of protection?

I agree. I used title 504 without success. I chose title 924 and watched it all the way through. Everything was in the correct sequence and no copyright message displayed.

            Juggs and Aust3333,

Can you post your dvdfab_internal.log file for the disk where Title 924 was correct (or at least post the disk ID #)

            ***example***

            0m 20.19s: got vid
            0m 20.29s: blu-ray 1ECA09D0236224E4DD46973B79F51B60F9BE27B7
            0m 20.72s: cert BEE=0x00 same

maybe it can be entered into the database on the server so when that disk is used by someone else it will automatically use the correct Title/playlist.

924 is the one that works. It doesn't have the copyright message and it plays the titles in the correct order.
                Code:

Unfortunately there was a mistake. Neither 504 nor 924 are correct playlists.
I'm sorry I collected the wrong info and put it here.

                  For disc:
                  Code:
                   0m 29.62s: blu-ray 7F80E3FFBDC45B59B7BF017805838BF894E23EC3
                   0m 29.93s: cert BEE=0x00
the correct playlist is 689. This has been verified against dtshd version (the 7.1ch disc).

For anyone that wishes to make further verifications, here's the list of clips for playlist 689 with their startup time and length.

                      @j&b

Thanks for the update. I have learned quite a lot about DVDfab working on this one. Learned a bit about virtual drive as well. Created a miniso of 689 and 924 to compare back to back. After watching 924 at the 39:30 timeframe you indicated, the sequence is definitely off. When I posted earlier about 924 I hadn't gone through the remainder of the disk. I had only checked the previous problem area. Thankfully they make rewritable disks and I've learned more about ripping with FAB to local drive folders. Pretty cool stuff!

Thanks again for the help, I'm sure i'm only scratching the surface.

689 is what fab is choosing automatically for "Main Movie" mode...is that correct?

Yes, it's really tricky with these discs with structural protection. It's best to use BD-RE for tests

Yes, if you check the above posts. Why?

                              Breaking Dawn - Pt.1 playlist

I just got my Breaking Dawn title. There is no confusion at all on this one as the only 117 minute playlist is 00001.mpls and it references only 1 stream file = 00524.m2ts for the full 117 minute movie (includes a dts hd master 7.1 audio track). There are a number of other playlists & stream files of varying length, but I'm guessing they are all related to the multi-part documentary which can be viewed as an extra or via picture-in-picture mode.
Note that choosing subtitles "none" with this disc actually activates the 2nd english subtitles on the disc.

I can't get technical like you guys but the movie stops with a copy warning during the wedding after Jake talks to Bella. If you let it play it will continue without a hitch. I did this copy with a version of Fab from Nov. The latest version of Fab just stays on a black screen. I hope you guys figure this out. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
