newer version is slow at everything. Ripping from media, and encoding from HD. I mean, 12 hours plus to encode 30 GB? I never had those encoding times before with earlier versions. What's going on!?

8.1.6.3 slow, slow, slow
Also having slowdowns with 8163. 6+ hrs, 7+hrs and 9+ hrs ripping on USB 3.0.
"In Time" took all day. Used to take no longer that an hour to do any title.
First time, hope I attached the log file properly.
