Avatar will not open

Hi, I cannot get Avatar Blu-ray to open. Attached is the internal log. Any help is appreciated!

Do not repro here. Please keep the internet connected and try it again. How about other blu-ray disc?

Not sure what you mean by "repro here". I have DSL internet, always on, tried again, disc just starts spinning, slows down, starts spinning, slows down, on and on.

Yup, ditto here.
I just threw my Avatar BD in and 8136Qt is ripping it...no problem.
This is the 2 disc set (BD and standard dvd from Amazon).

Recommend that you clean the disc.
If no dice, you might have a bad disc
