3D bluray to HD and then to blank 50gb BD

I recently burned one of my 3D blurays using the Full Disc Copy under Blu-Ray Copy to ISO format. Now I would like to copy that ISO (46gb) to a blank 50gb BluRay.
When I go under BluRay Copy/Full Disc (to copy the ISO to my bluray writer) the Copy as Blu-ray 3D option is greyed out and I can only pick either Copy as Blu-Ray 2D or Convert to Blu-ray SBS 3D.
My other option is to use the Write Data option which appears to be an exact copy of the ISO.
Which is the correct option to use as I prefer not to experiment with these expensive BD50 blanks....

I currently use my PS3 for playback (updated recently so not sure if that will make a difference with the recent "bad" firmware update) for my 3D blu-rays and have an Epson 3D projector.

For 3D blu-ray use clone mode. Instead of doing full copy.
If you fail to plan...you plan to fail wouldn't you not agree..Think about it
