I did! Upgrade to 8.1.7.7

I got this working using version 8.1.7.7. They may have released another version today, didn't check yet. This worked fine for me last night.

I'm not sure if they need any more log files for this. The log file location varies depending on your operating system and how it is set up. For a single user Win7 system, they are in Libraries\Documents\DVDFab\Log. The file is named dvdfab_internal.log and you can just use Windows search function in explorer to find it if you have a different OS. You can open the log file with Notepad ("Open with..") and copy and paste the log session into a post. Please don't post or attach a years worth of log entries, the developers need to see the log session from what you are posting about, not what you did 6 months ago. The most recent entries are at the end of the file.

where are the log files

the descendants with v.8176. first I got a new message that dvdfab needed internet access and for me to adjust my firewall settings. I included Fab into my firewall list (win 7). I didnt get that message with v.8175.

I then got the BD+ protection not supported now message with v.8176. I know this problem is being worked on and there are a number of log files, but can someone point me to where the logfiles are stored. I see a folder in my documents but those logfiles seem to be about fab installations. regards...
