Blu Copy Battlestar Galactica ISO issues

Hi guys,

Trying to make an ISO Blu Copy Full Disc backup of my BSG box set, starting with disc 1, but even though the process completes, the ISO doesn't play. If I make a normal folder backup that does work, but even then there are issues with missing menus. Same problem with disc 2 in the set.

I'm pretty new to all this so not sure whether this is a user error or a known issue? I've had no such issues with some other discs I've tried.

Any suggestions?

Try BD copy clone to make iso then play them.
Play the original bd disc to check whether there is menu or not and feed back.
Wish it helps.

Blu Clone to ISO works similar to folder copy - the resulting ISO plays but the menus are missing, making it very difficult to navigate between content...
