LaCie d2 Blu-ray

Help Please
I just bought the higher mentioned which is in reality a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-205. I am running this on a Mac Pro in Windows XP through Parallels.
The DVD Fab does not recognise my drive: What to do?

Hi mdpetter,
I have the same issue with Lacie, and what I have to keep doing is rebooting my PC I know a pain in the a**, I don't think to highly of the Lacie products, but that is what I do so that my PC will see the drive.

me too ... but what about a fix?

I also recently ordered the d2 off amazon, where it has 5 stars; it also has some of the best specs for a widely available Bluray burner ... but trying to use it with DVDFab is maddening! Restarts dont even work for me.

On my system, other programs work fine with this drive, yet DVDFab doesn't ... do I need the ASPI functionality contained in the beta version? Can interoperability with this burner be looked into/addressed in an future upgrade or something?
