do i have to reencode a less than 25gb movie???

i am trying to back up two blu ray movies that i have, all i want is the movie+ an xtra language,
the first movie, after i deleted the rest of the stuff was 23gb in size and dvdfab said that reencoding was not neccesary
i am using a bd-r 25gb disc, everything went fine.

the second movie it was 22gb but this time dvdfab said:

    VIDEO REENCODE BITRATE 22688KBPS
GPU ACCELERATION FOR VIDEO ENCODING ENABLE

so if the size of the movie is less than 25gb why would i need to reencode the movie??

why i didnt get this message on the first movie with bigger size?

can i select db-50 even though i am using db-25 so it wont reencode the movie??

    thanks in advance

I think the most accurate way to address your question is to take a look at the logs for the specific movies you're referring to. There could be many factors involved that would cause it to do this.

I am sorry iam new to this, just to clarify even if the movie is less than 25gb it may need reencoding correct?

BD 50 is used for no compression, anything below 23gb.
BD 25 is used for compression, anything above 23gb.

I leave mine at BD 50 as I don't compress and do movie only. If I can't get it below 23gb I split it to 2 disks using the start/end feature.
