Main Movie 25gb Resize Compression is Broken on 2D-3D disks

I recently tried to do a "Main Movie Only" backup of Shark Night 3D and The Three Musketeers 3D. Both original disks are 2D-3D combo blu-ray disks.

Both processes completed fine. However, the resulting disks were substantially larger than 25GB. What has happened? I never had this problem before.
