Bluray to DVD Copy won't write .IFO and .BUF files

Trying to convert a Bluray to DVD format. The converter converts the mts file to .VOB correctly but failes to write the .IFO and .BUF files. I get a failed to write. The ripped Bluray plays fine and can rip a DVD okay. Only have a problem converting a ripped Bluray to DVD. I've attached the log file.
