I have the blu-ray version of Planet Earth (the British version, aka the better one). Took it out tonight to watch it, as I haven't seen it in quite a long time, and I found that disc 3 is missing, and I can't find it anywhere. Would it technically be legal for me to download disc 3 off a torrent site and burn it to a disc, being that I actually own the set?

Just my opinion. The torrent site might be legal but the material you are talking about is copyright protected. Officially, you do not own the set. The copyright holder owns the set - you purchased it. My personal opinion is that it would not be legal. However, it is possible that in some countries, downloading from a torrent site is permitted.

The copy of any content you don't own is not something we discuss here at all, laws vary depending on where you live. How to post the internal log
