Pirates of The Caribbean - On Stranger Tides - 3D

This movies is failing in the reading/analyzing process. It is showing errors. The disk looks very clean and unscratched. Any ideas?

Can you open the disc in explorer? If your computer cannot read the disc, DVDFAB won't work. The fact that the disc looks clean doesn't mean it is.

      It does read the files

      It reads these folders:

      AACS
      BDMV
      CERTIFICATE

      Any other ideas?

It's unclear whether or not you've cleaned the disc.
If no, please do this as its appearance means "almost" nothing.
A microfiber cloth and some isopropyl alcohol, windex, etc., are your best friends.

If no luck, there's a "Tips" link below in my sig that may be of some help.
You can skip the PathPlayer tip as it's not applicable to BD's.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I have cleaned the disk about 3 times but not with Ispropyl alcohol. I have cleaned it again and am trying it one more time. My fingers are crossed.

              Bummer!
You may have a bad disc on your hands.
I don't have the 3D disc, but this one doesn't seem to be an issue for Fab.

Any chance you can exchange it from whatever retailer you used?

I'm going to try for a replacement. Out of curiosity, should I be waiting for the scanning to finish (below where it says Volume Label) before I start the process? I did not save the log, I will try again and post it for you. By the way, the Isopropyl did not work.
