Not closing files when finished

I brought up DVDFab to compress cloned 50GB ISO images into 25GB full-disk ISO images. As soon as one image was compressed I opened another image and started the next one. After the first two conversions completed I attempted to remove the original 50GB images. According to the following error message, the files are still open by DVDFab even though I had clicked on "Finish". It appears that DVDFab is not properly closing one project before starting the other.

Note the two highlighted files: S4_D1 and S4_D3. There were already compressed and when I pressed the DEL key, I got that error message about the file being open. However, the only file that is actually open is the S4_D5 file which is currently being compressed.



[EDIT] When that 3rd file completed I dismissed DVDFab and was able to delete the two images. It seems that DVDFab only closes those file after it is dismissed.

Waited too long and can't edit my original post.

Want to point out that this more of a problem when two instances of DVDFab are running. Frequently, I am cloning one 50GB bluray while compressing the previous one to 25GB. I cannot compress a file that was left open after the cloning process "finished". If I dismiss any program to free up the file it failed to close, then when I restart DVDFab I have to cancel out the attempted read of any bluray in any drive. This is a PITA and caused because the "Finish" does not close the current file.
