I ripped the full disc to the HDD, mounted the ripped image to 1.3.8 Virtual Drive, used that as my source to make another copy, compressed from 50GB down to 25GB, and the process hangs minutes into it.
I let it go for about 5-6 hours and status never changed on one file as it tried to convert.
