Stuck on "Open Bluray source"

I just bought the bluray copy software yesterday. I have had the program get stuck in "open blu ray source" with John Carter and Ghost Rider Spirit of vengeance. Does this mean that there is no support for those disks yet? I'm using V8.1.8.5 and I see there are 2 beta releases after that. Where can I download them?

I used this for backing up my John Carter 3D - using Clone copy to 50GB disc

It was able to read my original disc when I put it in.

Same Deal Again with Game of Shadows and this Means War

I'm Trying to Backup Sherlock Holmes 2 - A Game of Shadows and This Means war. Can't get either of them past "Open Blu Ray source". I read on the forums that BD+ for This means war is supported, I'm not sure about Game of shadows, but why does it get stuck like that? I know it needs to get decryption from the online server, but why does it get stuck on this endless loop? I end up having to cancel the process and it won't respond, and I can't even close dvdfab properly.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling

Try uninstalling the program and reinstalling. That might just do the trick.
