Help

I have managed to copy 2 3d blu ray movies today and they are perfect. The only way to do it is clone 1:1 all the hd sound options work on my player.

If you want to backup you BD discs, there are three ways in BD Copy moudle.
1. Clone: Backup the disc 1:1.
2. Full disc to bd25. For your 3D disc, you should select "Copy as 3D" or "Copy as SBS 3D" option.
3. Main movie and select "Copy as SBS 3D" option to backup your 3D.

convert to mkv and then burn using write data, but then there is no audio.........thanks,

Does it have sound when playing the MKV file in PC? And I think that it's a data disc when burn the mkv file to bd directly, it's an incorrect way to backup your 3d.

Hi Wilson, I think there is a communication issue, either you dont understand me or I am not explaining myself. The ONLY way I can get near copying a 3d blu ray is to convert to mkv and then blu ray create back to disk. NONE of the 3 blu ray copying methods work. I did repost logs for you with blu ray copy, which I have also done again for you as I now have the update, which still doesnt work , I did blu ray copy full disk to 25gb copy as 3d.
As regards the audio issue, yes sound plays on pc through mpc only, I don't see why on the original disk there are 3 hd sound options that all play fine and only when dvdfab converts it does it stop working. I do not want to convert to mkv then re-create back to blu ray as you rightly think, its a stupid way of doing it when I should just be able to use blu ray copy.
